Primary Sources

What the studio actually uses. The wording below is the limit of the claim.

Authorized Version, 1611

The scholar’s text. A diplomatic 1611 spelling is shown where it has been transcribed for this studio, including the opening of John. The rest is the received Authorized text that Strong’s indexes. This is not a claim that every verse is a letter-by-letter 1611 transcript.

King James Version, 1769

The Oxford standard. Strong’s Concordance is keyed to this English.

World English Bible

A public-domain modern English Bible, kept for comparison. The studio prefers the Authorized 1611.

Strong’s Concordance, 1890

Greek and Hebrew dictionaries from the Open Scriptures Strong’s data, used under CC-BY-SA. Numbers such as G3056 are the 1890 entries, not a new lexicon.

Greek and Hebrew lexicons

The lexicon in the studio is Strong’s Greek and Hebrew dictionaries, with Thayer numbering on the Greek side. It is a study aid beside the text, not a critical edition.
